PropCEO ("we", "us", "our") is a property investment management platform operated by Ethan Kelly (ABN 87 153 967 375), a sole trader based in Queensland, Australia. The platform is accessible at prop-ceo.com ("the Service").
PropCEO provides tools for tracking property portfolios, recording income and expenses, generating tax summaries, managing documents, and projecting equity growth.
Important: PropCEO is a record-keeping and organisational tool only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. All figures, projections, and tax estimates are indicative only. Always consult a qualified accountant, financial advisor, or solicitor before making financial or investment decisions.
Tax summaries generated by PropCEO are estimates based on data you enter. Your accountant must review and adjust these figures before lodging any ATO return. PropCEO accepts no liability for tax outcomes.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use PropCEO. By creating an account, you represent that:
You must register an account to access PropCEO. You are responsible for:
You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
PropCEO offers the following subscription plans:
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. A valid payment card is required to start a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for a subscription via our payment processor. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor). All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing portal, or by contacting us at help@prop-ceo.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then, and will not be charged again. Cancelling does not delete your data; it remains available if you resubscribe.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods or unused time. This reflects the low cost of our plans and the fact that you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where you are entitled to a remedy under such law, we will provide it.
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend access to paid features until payment succeeds. We will email you if this happens.
We may change our pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You retain full ownership of all data, documents, and content you upload or enter into PropCEO ("Your Data"). We claim no intellectual property rights over Your Data.
By using PropCEO, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
If your subscription expires or is cancelled, your data remains stored for 30 days. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted. We recommend exporting your data before cancelling.
